Aloe Boutique & Suites is a hospitality project designed and built entirely by Hellenic Homes on a seafront plot of 3,158 m² in Almyrida, Chania. The total interior space reaches 3,387.8 m², housing 57 suites, shared facilities and support areas in a layout that maximises views, privacy, and operational flow.

The construction followed a clear design concept: adults-only, seasonal hospitality with a contemporary Mediterranean aesthetic. The four main building wings surround a central courtyard with swimming pools and terraces, creating an open yet protected atmosphere that connects indoor and outdoor spaces. Every suite was positioned to offer unobstructed sea views, while the overall plan integrates public spaces like reception, restaurant, wellness area and gym without compromising on quietness or comfort.

Carefully selected materials, clean structural geometry and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces define the architecture. The result is a hotel that delivers modern leisure without excess, combining design precision with construction quality in every detail.

Location

Located in the seaside village of Almyrida, just 22 km east of Chania, Aloe Boutique & Suites enjoys a prime beachfront position with direct access to the sea. The area combines relaxed coastal charm with proximity to nearby attractions, local tavernas and outdoor activities, making it ideal for adult guests seeking a quiet yet well-connected base. The hotel’s placement on the waterfront ensures uninterrupted views while maintaining walking access to the village centre.

  • The building features a reinforced concrete frame with stone wall cladding for structural and visual quality

  • Roofing was completed with titanium zinc sheets for long-term weather protection
