A two floor commercial office building developed by Hellenic Homes to serve as its primary operational workspace in Chania. The facility accommodates architectural planning, construction management, administrative functions and client meetings, supporting the company’s day to day activities under one roof. The first floor also hosts the offices of Ble Collection, further integrating the company’s hospitality operations within the same premises.

The reinforced concrete structure was designed with emphasis on energy efficiency, thermal insulation and functional layout. Internal layout planning allows flexible use of space across both levels, enabling a clear separation between work areas, meeting zones and shared facilities. A dedicated elevator is provided for visitors with disabilities.

All mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations were executed by Hellenic Homes, along with the full interior fit out and exterior access works. The design prioritises stable indoor climate, acoustic comfort and lighting quality, ensuring a consistent working environment throughout the year.

The building integrates durable materials, green elements and carefully planned circulation, resulting in a professional workspace aligned with the company’s architectural identity and long term operational needs.
