Airports: Crete is serviced by two International airports (Chania and Heraklion).
- Chania International Airport (CHQ) is 14km east of Chania.
Busses depart regularly from Chania airport to Chania center (journey time approximately 30 minutes). Taxis are readily available.

Harbors/Ports:
There are 2 main harbors on Crete. These are the Souda Bay harbor and the Heraklion harbor. Rethymno, Agios Nikolaos and Sitia also have harbors however these are smaller. Harbors found along the south coast of the island service smaller coastal towns such as Chora Sfakion, Loutro, Agia Roumeli and Paleochora.
Most travelling by ferry departing from the mainland, depart from Piraeus port (daily ferries to Crete). Ferries and catamarans are also available to and from Santorini and other Cyclades islands. Githio, Kythira and Antikythira also connect via ferry to Kissamos (Kasteli port).

1. 艾拉佛尼西沙滩
