From the early days of the company a very thorough design of its structure was needed with various sections and departments due to the twofold side of the operations. Design, Construction, Commercial, Financial and Customer Service are the main departments of Hellenic Homes, manned by competent and trust-worth personnel.

Through the years, the company has undergone several restructurizations, swiftly adjusting to the current situation in the market and needs of the man-power. Without changing its core the company has proved its ability for dynamic growth and expansion under various projects.
